Who doesn’t love a good salad?! Especially the kind that leaves you wanting MORE and MORE after you’ve taken the *last* bite. This little “salad” reminds me of my sister-in-law, Bobbi Ann…the one who’s recipes I like to steal and claim as my own. Bobbi made this little number for Christmas Eve several years ago and I’ve been making it ever since. Because my appetite is so insatiable, I could definitely take down the entire thing all by my lonesome. You’ll see why when you make it for yourself :)
